Spring Training Game Thread #25: Texas Rangers (10-12) @ Milwaukee Brewers (13-11)

Chase Anderson will take the mound for the Milwaukee Brewers hoping to forget his last outing where he battled wind, rain, and a potent Cleveland Indians lineup over four innings; giving up four runs and another home run. On a more positive note, Chase and his wife, Anna, welcomed their second child into the world. Congratulations to the Anderson family.

Texas will counter with a familiar foe, Lance Lynn. Lynn will face a Brewers’ lineup constituted with what is likely to be their starting everyday lineup throughout the season.

Texas will send out a lineup of players with both first and last names like Hunter Pence and Matt Davidson. Others have chosen to be referred to by only their last name including: Wisdom, Granite, and our old friend Bandy. Personally I like “Jett,” and just don’t understand why he would do away with such a cool name.

The Rangers will travel to American Family Fields of Phoenix. The game can be heard on WTMJ radio. First pitch is 3:05 pm CST.
