There’s three games left in camp this spring, and two of them will take place today, on the last Split Squad Saturday of the Spring.

First up today is a match against the Rangers. This match will feature more of the bench players as the Brewers continue to tune up for Opening Day, with Orlando Arcia leading off, and Jesus Aguilar, Eric Thames, and Manny Pina in the middle of the lineup. Getting the start in this game is Burch Smith, who has allowed six runs in 4.2 innings this spring, striking out one and walking six.

Meanwhile, at home, the top six in the lineup are players expected to be in the Opening day starting lineup. Lorenzo Cain, Christian Yelich, and Ryan Braun make up their potent 1-2-3 starters, with Travis Shaw, Yasmani Grandal, and Mike Mostakas in the middle. Meanwhile, it’s a Junior Guerra day, as Guerra will get the start here.

There won’t be any coverage on the Brewers side for the game against the Rangers, but the game against the Royals will be on TV and on the radio. Come join us in the comments to discuss both games.
