In Corbin Burnes' last outing, he staked the Seattle Mariners to five runs 1.1 innings of work, graciously serving up pitches that former Brewers’ farm hand Mitch Haniger and former Brewer Domingo Santana deposited into the outfield seats. He obviously struggled in that start, but he was positive about the outcome indicating he was working on the sinker. He may have left a couple of sinkers up in the zone.
The right-hander surrendered homers to Mitch Haniger and Domingo Santana and allowed six hits in all over two innings. https://t.co/aBgyosR2KQ
