Thirteen games into the spring, the Brewers are sitting at 5-8 in spring training. The record isn’t the best, but the team is just getting warmed up, and one of their star players is back in the lineup.
Ryan Braun is making his first start of the spring, and he’s hitting third as the designated hitter. It’s also a potential preview of the top six in the Opening Day lineup, with Thames, Perez, and Gamel rounding out the lineup for today. Freddy Peralta will get the ball first for the Brewers.
