Minor league season is just a few days away, with many of the first games getting underway this Thursday. As we prep for farm systems across baseball to start playing and development, the Milwaukee Brewers’ affiliates have rolled out their roster. We’re breaking down each one and telling you which top prospects — according to MLB Pipeline — are on which roster.
AAA San Antonio Missions
The new addition to the Milwaukee Brewers’ farm system is already gearing up a hyper-talented team. Of the top 30 prospects, this roster has #1 Keston Hiura, #2 Corey Ray, #5 Mauricio Dubon, #6 Zack Brown, #8 Lucas Erceg, #13 Troy Stokes, #15 Adrian Houser and #16 Jacob Nottingham.

Carolina might have the least going for it in terms of top prospects in a full-year team. Right now, the roster has #4 Tristen Lutz, #10 Payton Henry and #14 Mario Feliciano. It will be interesting to see how the team decides to split time between two of the org’s top catching prospects.

The T-Rats are the future of the Brewers’ farm. The development of a majority of these young men will determine the quality of the Crew’s system for years to come. It has the most excitement built around it of the group and perhaps carries the most importance. Top prospects on the team include #3 Brice Turang, #9 Aaron Ashby, #20 Pablo Abreu, #23 Je’Von Ward and #27 Adam Hill.
