With 29 games remaining, it feels like “do or die” time for the Milwaukee Brewers. Who better to “do or die” against than the Chicago Cubs who hold the second wild card position. Milwaukee sits 4 games out of the second wild card spot and 5.5 games behind the St. Louis Cardinals for the NL Central lead. The stakes going into this series are high for both teams. For the Brewers to make a run, they will have to do it against the Cubs as seven of the next nine games are against their arch rival.
The Brewers send Chase Anderson to the mound. Joe Maddon lines up Brewers’ nemesis Jose Quintana to start for Chicago. Look for Ryan Braun and Keston Hiura to come up big if the Brewers are able to get to the Chicago left-hander.
