Spring Training is a few weeks away, and the Brewers are gearing up to head to Maryvale in preparation for the 2020 season. As usual, there will be plenty of opportunities to catch Brewers action during the spring, as both the TV and radio schedules were announced on Monday.
The TV schedule will kick off on February 24 with a home game against the Angels. In total, 14 of the spring training games will be broadcast on Fox Sports Wisconsin, with 9 of those coming in an extended streak of TV games (March 3-7 and 12-15). The spring TV schedule will conclude on March 22 with a home game against the Cubs. Fox Sports has the full list of games available.
On the radio side, Bob Uecker is celebrating his 50th year in the radio booth, and will be back again this year to call several of the Brewers spring games. 18 of the spring games will be on the radio, beginning with the game on February 22 against the Rangers. In the Milwaukee area, 14 games will be on WTMJ and 4 games on 94.5 ESPN. For listeners outside the Milwaukee area, you’ll have to check your local radio stations for which of those games will be broadcast, but all should also be available for web streaming. WTMJ’s website has the full list of radio broadcasts.
