The shortened 2020 MLB Draft concludes tonight with rounds two through five taking place. Yesterday we saw Spencer Torkelson go #1 overall to the Detroit Tigers, while our local Milwaukee Brewers selected outfielder Garrett Mitchell with the 20th selection. The Brewers will have four picks this evening:

Round 2 — #53 overall || $1,370,400 slot value
Round 3 — #92 || $637,600
Round 4 — #121 || $473,700
Round 5 — #151 || $353,700

(As a reminder, the Brewers traded away the 64th overall selection in Competitive Balance Round B to the Mariners as part of the Omar Narvaez deal.)

So after taking an up-the-middle outfield bat yesterday, what direction will Tod Johnson go on Day 2? We’ll find out shortly! You can tune into the draft coverage on MLB Network, ESPN2, or stream it live on MLB.com.
