With a doubleheader involving two 7-inning games schedule for today, the Milwaukee Brewers are adding another arm to the bullpen to help cover the extra innings.
Justin Grimm is being activated from the Injured List for today’s doubleheader, according to manager Craig Counsell. Since this year’s rules dictate teams get a 29th man for doubleheaders, a corresponding roster move won’t need to be made until tomorrow if Grimm is going to stick around.

The Brewers were high on Grimm after Summer Camp, but he had a rough few outings for the Brewers before landing on the Injured List with a finger issue, allowing 7 runs on 6 hits (3 of them home runs) in 3.2 innings over his first 3 outings.
