The team officially activated him off the injured list ahead of Tuesday night’s game against the Royals in Kansas City, sending reliever Hoby Milner back to Triple-A.

The Brewers will hope this lasts longer than the last time Yelich was activated, when he played one game in Philadelphia before landing back on the IL after telling manager Craig Counsell he “couldn’t do this every night” with his ailing back.
Yelich told reporters he’s feeling good about where his back is at.
Christian Yelich says "I feel confident about it" now in reference to his back issues.

Yelich played in parts of 3 games with the Sounds, going 0-for-5 with 2 walks and 2 strikeouts, but more importantly, playing in consecutive days without any apparent issues.
