Fisher actually cleared waivers after being designated for assignment on June 22. Since Fisher did not have the service time necessary at the major league level, he could not reject the outright assignment.
Obviously behind Tyrone Taylor in the outfield pecking order, Fisher filled in for Taylor during his injury. Now that Taylor is back, there was not a spot for Fisher on the 40-man roster. He did supply 2 hits across 8 plate appearances including a triple while with big league club.
As mentioned, Pablo Reyes gets the call again. Reyes brings more versatility to the club. So far the season, Reyes has 49 plate appearances, Reyes is slashing .229/.245/.271.
After coming over from Boston, Ryan Weber got into 1 game for the Brewers. He covered 1 inning, and he did not give up a run. Look for him to pick up some airline miles between Nashville and Milwaukee over the coming months.
